Oliver Vrambout's Mother can often be found behind the counter of the bakery. Hailing from Belgium, this woman knows her stuff! The food is delicious including the light and not-too sweet Galette aux Fruits (an amazing fresh fruit tart).
Drinks include cappuccino, lattes, molieres and hot chocolate. Drinks with chocolate are made with traditional Belgian Chocolate which is not as sweet as the American version.
