Oliver Vrambout's Mother can often be found behind the counter of the bakery. Hailing from Belgium, this woman knows her stuff! The food is delicious including the light and not-too sweet Galette aux Fruits (an amazing fresh fruit tart).
Drinks include cappuccino, lattes, molieres and hot chocolate. Drinks with chocolate are made with traditional Belgian Chocolate which is not as sweet as the American version.
The bike shop is in back and below the bakery. Spinning classes are offered in addition to bike repairs, bike club opportunities and bike sales. A selection of road bikes and cyclocross bikes are featured for die-hard bike fans.
The Bikery du Nord is a new, unique destination for Nordic skiers. The Nordic skiing enthusiast will be pleased with ski supplies and service.
